KOTTAYAM, July 11 THE rubber market continued to rule steady on Thursday with no ups and downs. The market was in a depressed mood as buyers and sellers exerted no pressure to activate transactions. The rubber growing centres again started holding the sheets preventing the usual flow. The purchases of a few institutions continued as the Rubber Marketing Federation was busy cornering their quantity required. Sheet rubber RSS-4 remained steady at Rs 38.50 a kg on Thursday while RSS-5 also stayed flat at Rs 35.50.Block rubber ISNR-20 remained unchanged at Rs 35, latex 60 per cent at Rs 33 and ungraded rubber at Rs 34.
