`AA-' for IPCL's NCD issue

MUMBAI, July 5

CREDIT rating Information Services of India Ltd (Crisil) has assigned `AA-' and `P1+' ratings to the Rs 1,200-crore non-convertible debenture issue and Rs 900-crore commercial paper programme respectively of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (IPCL).

The rating agency has also reaffirmed the `AA-', `P1+' and `FAA' ratings of IPCL's Rs 203-crore NCD issue, Rs 200-crore short-term debt programme and fixed deposit programme, a release said.
