Poultry Expo 2002 from tomorrow

HYDERABAD: Several manufacturers and suppliers of poultry products from India and abroad would be taking part in the three-day national exhibition and conference, Poultry Expo 2002, to be held here from Thursday.

According to the event convenor, Mr M. A. Nazeer, the expo will provide opportunities to poultry farmers and entrepreneurs for entering into tie-ups and collaborations, particularly with regard to transfer and upgradation of technology.

Mr Nazeer told presspersons here on Tuesday that over 5,000 people connected with the poultry industry were expected to take part in the exhibition. Apart from India, companies from Europe and the US have come forward to set up stalls at the expo.
