Letters Good precedence
Mr N. R. Narayana Murthy, who stepped down from the post of CEO at Infosys Technologies and entrusted the post to the next generation leadership, has indeed become a role model. In his new role as Chief Mentor, his willingness to see "a great band of leaders at Infosys and believe that the new CEO will achieve much more for the organisation than I have been able to" is really laudable and exposes his qualities as a good leader.
