Indo Rama Syn hikes prices

New Delhi, June 4

POLYESTER prices continue to be on the rise, with domestic companies riding the recent surge in global petrochemical prices. Polyester manufacturer Indo Rama Synthetics has once again increased the prices across its entire product range.

The company has effective June 1 increased the basic price of polyester staple fibre (PSF) from Rs 52.50 per kg to Rs 55.50 per kg. The basic price of 130/34 partially oriented yarn (POY) has been increased from Rs 63 per kg to Rs 66 per kg.

The basic price of 70/34 fully drawn yarn (FDY) has been increased from Rs 78.00 per kg to Rs 81.00 per kg.
