IBM opens support centres

HYDERABAD: IBM India Ltd has opened two support centres in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam for the benefit of customers and the two form part of the 33 such centres opened across the country.

IBM has also announced Solutions Forum 2002 for the benefit of small and medium businesses in smaller cities, offering advice on how best the companies can improve business performance through IT.
