Kotak Mahindra Fin okays amalgamation

MUMBAI, May 29

THE shareholders of Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd (KMFL) have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Guldasta Investment & Trading Private Ltd, Mega Asset & Capital Management Private Ltd, Scope Holdings Private Ltd and Twilight Holdings Private Ltd (the transferor companies) with KMFL.

This was done through a poll, conducted at Court-convened meetings of the members, held on Tuesday, subject to the approval of the Mumbai High Court.
