Scholarship for SAARC students

CHENNAI, May 24

THE South Asia Foundation (SAF) is launching a scholarship scheme for two students from each of the seven South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) countries to carry out the one-year post-graduate course in journalism at the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ).

According to an ACJ press release, the SAF-Madanjeet Singh Scholarship, in the name of Mr Madanjeet Singh, SAF founder, will cover the tuition, living and travel costs of those selected for the entire period of the course.
