BMP directive for laying cable wires

BANGALORE: The Bangalore Mahanagar Palike has instructed companies laying the optical fibre cable network in the city, to complete the work within 24 hours of commencement of the project.

BMP said road-cutting, digging trenches, laying of OFC ducts, refilling and road restoration should be completed within 24 hours of commencement of work in any given stretch for which permission is given.
