IT Training The Fourth-R courseware approved Our Bureau
CHENNAI: The specially designed courseware of The Fourth R has been approved by the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) Foundation. Accordingly, The Fourth R, which has a presence in Europe, will be using the courseware to train students preparing for the ECDL programme, says a company release. The city-based Fourth-R provides computer education for kids aged 3-19 years, while ECDL foundation has the official recognition of the European Union to promote, develop and certify computer skills and knowledge in IT. The ECDL syllabus is designed to cover the key concepts of computing, its practical applications and their use in the work place and society in general. Split into seven modules, each of it must be cleared before the ECDL certificate is awarded, the release says.
