Contact centre's feat

BANGALORE: 24/7 Customer.com, a provider of outsourced customer support and services solutions, has announced that its Bangalore-based COPC 2000 certified contact centre has successfully serviced 1,000,000 live phone calls per month for the third successive month.

With this achievement, 24/7 Customer.com's total serviced call volume for 2002 through April 30 already exceeds the company's total call volume serviced in 2001, said a company press release.
