Software Corporate - Preferential Allotments Maars Software plans pref issue Our Bureau
CHENNAI: The city-based Maars Software International Ltd plans to issue equity shares on private/preferential allotment basis, ADR/GDR and increase the authorised capital of the company. The board of directors of Maars Sofware will meet on May 17 to consider the above issues, says a company communication to the Bombay Stock Exchange. It may be recalled that in December the company's Managing Director, Mr T Varadharajan, informed Business Line of a plan to strengthen the company's presence in Europe and the US.
