R&D facility at ICICI knowledge park

HYDERABAD: Ocimum Biosolutions Ltd and Bio Enterprise Asia have entered into a strategic alliance to set up R&D facilities at the ICICI knowledge park here. The two life science enterprises signed a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture company called Ocimum BioEnterprise Labs.

The areas of interest will include technology and product development in relation to drugs and genome based diagnostics, according to an Ocimum press release here on Friday.
