Software Corporate - Alliances & Joint Ventures Intel tie-up with Wipro Our Bureau
BANGALORE, May 1 INTEL announced a marketing and technology alliance with Wipro Infotech to deliver capability in the mid-tier and high end server market segments. Intel will also support Wipro's eBusiness Proof of Concept centre in its Sarjapur facility. The company announced the setting up of three new labs in the premises of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Kolkata, Satyam and Wipro Infotech in Bangalore. Two Indian solution companies, Financial Technologies and i-flex Solutions, have published Intel Solution blueprints for the first time in the world. Intel blueprints are enterprise solutions for Intel based servers that have been tested or previously deployed for a specific business need, with a commitment by hardware, software and solution integrators to make the solution repeatable, for other businesses to quickly redeploy them.
