Ranbaxy gets new R&D head

NEW DELHI: Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd will have a new head for its research and development (R&D) division. The company on Thursday announced that Dr Rashmi Barbhaiya would take over from Dr J.M. Khanna, the current President - R&D, from August 1. Dr Khanna retires on July 31, after a tenure of 22 years with Ranbaxy, according to a company release.
