Letters I-T rules on perks
The recent decision of Revenue Dept. to consider further relaxation of the income-tax rules relating to perks has come as relief. The evaluation of perquisites is causing undue hardship to the employees and taking a bunch of monetory benefits from their pockets. There must be a uniform policy of evaluation of perks. D.
