NEW DELHI, April 14 BHARAT Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has achieved a major milestone, with one of its power station divisions bagging the Occupational Health and Safety Certification (OHSAS-18001), making it the first construction outfit in the country to get the distinction. Both these systems were established and implemented in the area of `installation and servicing of power plants and industrial equipment.'
