ICICI sells 3 cos' shares

MUMBAI: ICICI on Tuesday announced that it has sold equity shares of three companies on a spot delivery basis.

The institution sold 4.9 lakh shares of Elbee Services at Rs 20.10 per share; 2.54 lakh shares of KC Textiles at Rs 0.10 per share and 2.05 lakh shares of Mahavir Aluminium at Re 1 per share.

These sales exceed one per cent of the respective company's paid-up equity capital as on date. — Our Bureau
