Tata Projects to build transmission line for PowerGrid

MUMBAI, April 2

TATA Projects Ltd will execute two turnkey projects worth Rs 76 crore for Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL).

The company will build the 238-km, 400-kV double circuit Dhaulganga-Bareilly transmission line under the Dhaulganga Transmission system and the 220-kV transmission strengthening project in Goa.

The company had recently bagged a Rs 39.4-crore order from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd for Kudankulam township project in Tamil Nadu.
