TVA Help.com in tie-up with Apple

BANGALORE: The Bangalore-based TVA Help.com Pvt Ltd, which offers support services for notebooks and palmtops, has tied up with Apple Computer Inc, to provide support services for its iBooks and PowerBooks in India, said a press release.

TVA Help.Com will provide hardware and software services through its service centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. Online support to Apple's customers in India will be available through its eSupport product, Remote-Fix.

The company, set up in May 1998, has served more than 15,000 customers around the country.
