Thermax to pay 35 pc interim

PUNE: Thermax Ltd on Thursday announced an interim dividend of 35 per cent, despite objections raised by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Mr Prakash M. Kulkarni, Managing Director, Thermax, while refusing to make any comments on the objections raised by the regulatory body, said, "SEBI has only said not to violate the normal norms. We are not violating any norms."
