`Growth-oriented Budget'

MADURAI, March 1

THE Madurai District Tiny and Small-Scale Industries Association (MADITSSIA) has welcomed the Budget presented by the Union Finance Minister, Mr Yaswanth Sinha.

Mr S. Anburjan, President, said the Budget was growth-oriented and looked very much achievable. The proposals, especially the price reduction for diesel would be helpful to industries in bringing down the costs.
