GUWAHATI, Feb. 4 DYNAMIX Dairy Industries Ltd, the largest producer of cheese in the country, has launched its products in the North-East. Devashree Foods Pvt Ltd, with its headquarters in Mumbai, has been entrusted with the marketing and distribution of the Dynamix products such as butter, ghee, dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cheese and mozzarella cheese. The firm is setting up its national distribution network. Apart from the North East, they are already marketing the products in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Launching the products here, Mr Deepak Jain, Managing Director of the company, said that Dynamix had its fully-automated and modern technology dairy plant at Baramati in western Maharashtra with a processing capacity of 8 lakh litres of cow milk per day for domestic and export markets. It exports dairy products to the US, Japan, China, S.E.Asia, West Asia and Africa. It was also the largest manufacturer of pharmaceutical lactose in the country, he said.
