Heritage begins buyback process

HYDERABAD: Heritage Foods (India) Ltd, which has decided to buy back its shares for providing an exit route to small shareholders, has announced the buy-back schedule.

According to the company, the buyback from the open market starts from Thursday and ends on January 3, 2003 or when the company has completed the buyback of 14 lakh shares. The maximum price will be Rs 30 per share of Rs 10 each payable at cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 3 crore.
