NEW DELHI: NIIT Ltd said it would acquire the custom development business of the US-based Click2learn for $3 million as part of a strategic alliance between both the companies.

Under the terms of the multi-year, multi-faceted alliance, both the companies will jointly develop e-learning and knowledge solutions for the marketplace using Click2learn's Aspen platform and NIIT's knowledge centres.
