Impact Mascot Systems: Negative surprise BL Research Bureau
The downward revision in estimates by Mascot Systems suggests its earnings for the second-half of the current financial year would be 24 per cent lower than the earnings for the first-half. At a time when its stock price has rebounded strongly from the lows touched in September, the downward revision is likely to be viewed negatively. However, since the stock is traded only at PE of around 10 the reaction may remain muted.
