Tax breaks proposed for long-distance telephony
THE Finance Ministry is considering a proposal to extend tax breaks to national long distance operators (NLDO) following a recommendation made by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).

Indal Q3 net rises 119 pc
INDIAN Aluminium Company Ltd (Indal), an Aditya Birla group outfit, has recorded a 119-per cent rise in net profit at Rs 30.7 crore for the third quarter compared to Rs 14 crore recorded during the corresponding period of the previous year.
