The Eng@ged Customer
Email Strategies for Creating Profitable Customer Relationships

On the track, every time
MODERN management is sophisticated in its operational scope and scale. Procurement may be defined as `the means by which a company acquires needed product, services and resources to produce its own products and services'. Competitive strategy is a statement of intent, set of plans and policies by which a company intends to gain advantage over its competitors. It also states how the manager intends to satisfy the needs of customers in terms of products and services.
