Internet show opens today in Delhi
INDIA Internet World (IIW) 2000, billed as the world's fifth and Asia's largest Internet show, will begin here on Wednesday with the theme, `Directions for a mature Internet economy'.

SALLIE Mae Solutions, a division of Sallie Mae Inc, US, has acquired Exeter Systems (India). The new company -- Sallie Mae Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd -- is to serve as a product development centre, delivering business software solutions and business servi ces to colleges and universities.

NCST adds 2 domain categories
TWO new categories for Internet domain registrations -- ind.in and gen.in -- have been introduced by domain name registrar, National Centre for Software Technology (NCST).
