THE Chennai-based IPFonline.com is talking to some banks to put through a system for effecting online payments. ``We are very close to signing up with the banks,'' Mr. L. DSQ EGM approves pref allotment
DSQ Software Ltd plans to earmark Rs. 250 crores for the acquisition of software companies in India or abroad, mostly through stock-swap deals, and has received the approval of its shareholders on Friday to place up to 25 lakh equity shares on a preferen tial basis.
