CHENNAI: The Chennai-based Archana Software Ltd, a listed company on the Chennai, Mumbai and National Stock Exchanges, plans to come out with a public issue of three million shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 10 per share, to raise a total of Rs.6 crores.
